Choices Health Services is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring health and wellness training, and programming to undeserved and underrepresented communities.
Our programs focus on empowering individuals who have been diagnosed with one or more chronic condition, as well as those that are at risk for developing a chronic condition, by providing participants with the tools to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.

All of the programming, training, and services are offered to community residents, and nonprofit organization in the Kansas City, MO.metro area, and Wyandotte/ Johnson Counties in the state of Kansas.
